In fact, survey results from Pantene show that 78 percent of men are attracted to women with healthy hair - but they find overstyled hairstyles unattractive. Yet men are more into natural waves or light curls rather than straightened hair. Even more exciting, about 75 percent of men said a woman's hair is the first thing they notice.

When it comes to makeup, men also go for natural. A study in the Quarterly Journal of Experimental Psychology found that women use too much makeup and believe that men find that attractive. In fact, it tends to be off-putting. So: less really is more.
