Stay Active

Most coffee addicts crave it, especially in the morning, during, or right after breakfast. Exercise before you head towards the breakfast table to reduce your craving for coffee. Exercising causes your body to release adrenaline, which helps your mind and body stay active and energized for longer durations. As such, this will decrease your desire to catch up with a cup of coffee. Further, post-exercising, you would be drawn towards a glass of water or fruit juice and not coffee, for sure.
