Gradual Reduction

Bringing coffee consumption to a complete halt instantly will fail. Further, you are likely to suffer from withdrawal symptoms, such as headache, anxiety, nervousness, and so on. Thus, it is necessary that you gradually reduce your coffee intake instead of immediately quitting it. Start reducing 1-2 cups of coffee every day from the total number of cups you drink throughout a day. After your body has been accustomed to the reduced intake, decrease more cups of coffee gradually. However, make sure that you do not return to the addiction under any circumstances.
