Cucumber water prevents vitamin and mineral deficiency
Unfortunately, the daily diet of many people consists mainly of processed foods. These are not a good source of vitamins and minerals that our body needs to be healthy. So a deficit is more common than we think. The consequences: Fatigue, muscle or bone weakness, or a compromised immune system. Cucumbers are particularly rich in vitamin A,vitamin C and manganese and can therefore compensate well for the nutritional deficit.
